    Q. How often should I wash my reusable cotton mask?
    A. Experts say masks should be washed daily, but it depends on the usage. If you're using it and going out to run errands, you run the risk of having droplets collect on the surface of the mask. If you feel you may have been exposed to the coronavirus, however, extra precautions should be taken. Be aware, though, that if your mask becomes worn or frayed, you'll need to replace it.

    Q. How do I wash my reusable cotton mask?
    A. Since these are 100% cotton mask, we recommend air drying as they can shrink when left in the dryer at high heat for too long. For hand washing use soap in hot or warm water for at least 20 seconds. For machine washing, any laundry detergent can be used. For additional peace of ironing can be done after being fully dried. 

    Q. Can I wash the PM2.5 Filters?
    A. Our PM2.5 filters are for the most part, meant for one-time use. If you would like to reuse the filters, It is not recommended to be washed and worn more than two to three times. Filters are also more delicate than masks, so they should be hand washed rather than placed in the washing machine. To dry, place in the dryer, or better yet, use a hairdryer and keep it at least 6 to 8 inches away from the filter during the process. It's also important to note that every wash reduces
    filters' effectiveness.

    Q. What's the difference between Medical and Non-Medical Masks?
    A. Although you can find similar looking masks at your local retailer, there is actually a difference - read here to learn more: Medical vs Non-Medical Face Masks

    Q. Do the reusable masks have an adjustable nose clip?
    A. No. The reason is that a metal nose clip will ruin the natural fabrics when washing it over time. Also, our cotton face masks naturally conform around the nose with a comfortable and snug fit which does not need additional nose support. 

    Q. How is N95 more effective against coronavirus?

    Q. When will my order be shipped? 
    A. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from purchase. 

    Q. Where is my tracking number?
    A. As soon as the package is processed and shipped with the courier, you will be provided a tracking number by email. You can either click the link in the email or track the order directly on the website with the provided tracking number.

    Q. How long does delivery take? 
    A.
    Canada - If you are in Canada all shipments are sent via Canada Post from our warehouse in Newmarket, Ontario. There is a 24-48 hour processing time and about 2-9 Business Days to receive once processed.  
    Global - Depending on the country, delivery generally takes about 14-28 days from purchase. However, heavy promotions, limited stock, and local customs could cause some additional delays. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within 28 days, please contact us and we will look into it for you. 

    Q. My tracking hasn't updated for xx days 
    A. This is nothing to worry about, this is usually customs being slow. What tends to happen is the tracking goes dark while it's being processed at customs, which might take several days. It then speeds back up when the item arrives in the destination country.
